Terms of Sale

These terms of sale apply to all purchases made on Kitty Roam.

Order confirmation After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email confirms that we have received your order, not that it has been shipped.

Payment We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase.

Delivery Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 10-20 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Customs & duties For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

Disputes If you have any issue with your order, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any problem quickly and fairly.
